Before filling up the admission form, students should be ready with the pics of their following documents:-

• SSC Marksheet
• Leaving Certificate
• Aadhar Card (Optional)
• Passport Size Photo
• Caste Certificate ( not compulsory)
• L.D. Certificate ( Handicap Student only)
• Zerox copy of first page- Ration Card (Optional) (circle on student name, tick on father and mother name)
• 1st Page of Online Admission form
• 2nd Page of Online Admission form
